With three buildings on a stretch of over 8 beautiful acres in Soldotna, Cook Inlet Academy campus is the ideal environment for learning and growing.

We offer the most modern and up-to-date facilities on our campus and hope to expand in the near future. We have plans to create a new building to house a school library and science labs.

Our facilities are located across the street from the Kenai River on the outskirts of Soldotna.

The Admissions Process

How to Enroll

Our admissions process is used to help both the student and parents decide if CIA is the right fit for them. It includes a short interview process as well as a tour of our facilities.

(907) 262-5101 to set up an informational tour of our facilities.
Meet the Principal
On your tour, you will be able to meet with our school principal, , and learn more about our teaching philosophy.
Complete a Questionnaire
After you finish the tour, you will be given a short application questionnaire to fill out. A member of CIA’s staff will contact you after your application has been reviewed.
Set up an Interview
Once your questionnaire is reviewed, you can set up an interview! These interviews are part of our screening process to ensure that both parents and students are a good fit for our school.
Sign Up
After completing the interview process, you will be contacted with your acceptance information and you can sign your student up for the current or following academic year.
A student advisor will help you determine what term your student should start if they are entering in the middle of the school year.

As a private, non-denominational Christian school, we want to provide a challenging, well-rounded, and faith-based education to each of our students that will last their whole life, not just through school.

Our desire to admit as many students as would like to come to CIA drives us to keep our costs as low as possible.

Financial Questions

Answers to common questions about Fees and Payments. 

What are Matriculation Fees?

Our matriculation fees are one-time per student per year. This fee holds your student’s place.

Thee Preschool Matriculation Fee is $260. Matriculation Fees for K-12 Students is $325

Enroll by May 16th and save $25 off Matriculation per student!

Can We Save Money by Referring Others?

For any family who refers a new family who stays for the academic year will receive $500 off their January tuition.

What About Sports / Activity Fees?

Our sports/activity fees are one-time per student per year and allow your student active participation in all athletic programs.

Activity fees are $175 for Preschool through 6th grade students. For 7th – 12th grade students, the activity fee is $350.

Do You Offer Payment Plans?
Yes! We offer payment plans in 10, 11, and 12-month plans. Please talk to a financial advisor to see which plan works best for you!
